Halder | Ownership Succession and Growth for MidCaps

Mid-Cap Meeting, Augsburg, 25. September 2013

Successful development of hidden champions –
supported by private equity

“Hidden Champions” are market leaders from the mid-cap segment – highly specialized, focused on quality, innovative, close to the client and growing. The general public doesn’t know much about them. How do they get to the top? Insight will be provided by Hermann Simon who originally discovered the hidden champions phenomenon and two entrepreneurs who have managed global market leaders in turbo gears and cosmetics containers.
